Important information about bookings, tickets, and venue policies

  1. All tickets purchased through our website or any authorized distributor are subject to Times Square Leisure Ltd's standard Terms and Conditions of Sale as outlined below. Purchase of a ticket does not guarantee entry if the bearer or a member of their group is found to be in breach of these conditions. This list is not exhaustive, and venue management reserves all rights of admission.

  2. Please ensure all booking details (e.g. date, number of tickets, venue area) are correct before submitting your order. For telephone bookings, listen carefully to the agent when confirming your request before payment is processed. Mistakes may not be rectifiable at a later stage.

  3. Refunds & Amendments:

    • Tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the booking date.
    • Changes to the booking date are permitted up to 2 days before the scheduled event, subject to availability.
    • No refunds or changes will be accepted within 2 days of the booking date.

  4. If a performance is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered an alternative date (subject to availability and ticket value) or a full refund. Times Square Leisure reserves the right to cancel a performance with at least 24 hours' notice. Should an alternative date not be accepted, a full refund will be issued.

  5. Tickets must be presented on arrival. These may include printed tickets, digital tickets, or booking references. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Tickets cannot be reissued.

  6. Tickets are non-transferable without prior permission from management. Any tickets resold or transferred without permission will be declared void and the bearer refused entry.

  7. Tickets may not be used for promotions, competitions, prizes, hospitality packages, or giveaways without prior written consent from Times Square Leisure Ltd. Such tickets will be voided and admission refused.

  8. Tickets will specify a venue area, not a table number. Management reserves the right to allocate any seat within the purchased venue area. Please note guests may move around or leave and return to their seats during the event.

  9. In the event of a venue area closure, ticket holders may be moved to an area of equivalent value, or offered an upgrade.

  10. All guests may be subject to a security search upon entry. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, alcohol, weapons, and illegal substances. Refusal to comply with a search may result in denied entry without refund.

  11. Snacks and outside food will be confiscated upon admission and held at the box office until the guest leaves.

  12. Guests who appear under 25 must present a valid photo ID. Accepted forms include a valid passport or driver's license. Damaged or illegible ID will not be accepted. Counterfeit ID will be retained and passed to the police.

  13. Under UK licensing law, guests must be 18 or over after 7:00 PM. Anyone under 18 who purchases a ticket for an evening event will be denied entry with no refund.

  14. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove guests who are considered a risk to themselves or others. This includes but is not limited to: intoxication, abusive or anti-social behavior.

  15. Only alcohol purchased on-site may be consumed. Any alcohol brought in will be confiscated and will not be returned.

  16. Times Square Leisure Ltd and its staff accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Guests should keep valuables such as phones, wallets, and handbags with them at all times.

  17. A cloakroom is available. Items are left at the guest's own risk. Cloakroom items will only be returned with the issued ticket. Lost tickets may allow retrieval by another guest. Report lost tickets immediately.

  18. Dress Code: Dress to impress. Smart casual is acceptable. The following items are not permitted: baseball caps, tracksuit bottoms, sportswear, beachwear, shorts above the knee, football shirts, or dirty workwear. Admission is at the discretion of management.

  19. Smoking (including vaping) is prohibited inside the venue. Designated outdoor smoking areas are clearly signposted. Guests are asked to use these areas and provided ashtrays.

  20. Entertainment is subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. Understudies may be used when necessary. Promotional material does not guarantee the appearance of any specific performer. Tickets are non-refundable in these instances.

  21. CCTV is in operation throughout the venue. By purchasing a ticket, guests consent to being filmed or recorded during events, with footage potentially used for commercial distribution without further notice or compensation.
