Each slot is 1 hour 45 minutes. There is a £10 deposit per person plus a £1 booking fee. The deposit is redeemed on your first round of drinks.

You can change your booking using the link in your confirmation email up to 24 hours before your visit, subject to availability. If you add extra guests, you will be asked to pay the remaining deposit and booking fee.
Bookings cannot be cancelled online. To cancel, email [email protected] so any refund can be processed according to our terms.
Yes. We’re at Rusty’s Showbar in the International Centre for Life, with a large car park on site.
We’re also a short walk from Newcastle Central Station, with bus routes serving the area.
Yes. Christmas In Newcastle is designed to be family-friendly. Time slots ending before 7pm are child-friendly.
Under UK licensing law, guests must be 18 or over after 7:00 PM.
We have a bar and kitchen serving festive food and drinks throughout your visit. Please don’t bring your own food and drinks.
