Booking is easy! You can book tickets through our online booking system on the "Book Now" page. Simply select your preferred date and time, choose the number of tickets, Area you are looking to book (Christmas In Newcastle, Season's Screenings or Christmas with Drag) then complete your payment securely online.

Yes! We're located at Rusty's Showbar in the International Centre for Life, which has excellent transport links. There's a large car park at the Centre for Life with plenty of spaces available.
The venue is also easily accessible by public transport - we're just a short walk from Newcastle Central Station and various bus routes serve the area.
Yes! Christmas in Newcastle is designed to be family-friendly with specific time slots and events perfect for children of all ages.
Time slots ending before 7pm are child-friendly

These family movies include special meet and greet opportunities with Santa Claus! Please note that some children may find The Grinch's guest appearance a bit intimidating.

Yes, we understand that plans can change! Here are our booking amendment and cancellation policies:
π Refunds & Amendments:
- Tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the booking date.
- Changes to the booking date are permitted up to 2 days before the scheduled event, subject to availability.
- No refunds or changes will be accepted within 2 days of the booking date.
π Event Cancellations:
If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered:
- An alternative date (subject to availability and ticket value), or
- A full refund
Times Square Leisure reserves the right to cancel an event with at least 24 hours' notice. Should an alternative date not be accepted, a full refund will be issued.

We have a fantastic bar and kitchen serving delicious festive food and drinks throughout your visit. We kindly ask that you don't bring your own food and drinks, as we offer a full menu including Christmas cocktails, hot drinks, and seasonal snacks.
Special dietary requirements can be accommodated - please let us know in advance when booking or contact us directly to discuss your needs.
